This can cause you to stretch your muscles, be prone to injury, and even faint or have a stroke when exercising. Overtraining will give the body not enough time to recover. Many studies have suggested that this causes stress, fatigue, muscle loss, and an increased susceptibility to injury. You should do exercises according to your body's strength and practice 5 hours/week. Give your body a break if it hurts or aches.

Consumption of energy drinks

According to Body Building , one of the common exercise mistakes made by many people is supplementing with energy drinks. However, energy drinks are high in calories, sugar, and chemicals. So you should drink water instead.

Drinking too much water
